I am so upset to see such a great and talented boy like hesham to leave...Hesham is such a hard working boy unlike arun who as everyone knew had a very pathetic way of learning his lines by writing everything in that big fat hand of his...though arun may have improved i believe arun gopan should have left...hes nothing but a nasal singer who is only getting through because of roshans and sudarsans sms like he said...and that stupid renjini did not even cry when hesham and amrutha went...all she cares about is her arun...favouritism is soo wrong in such a competition especially from the anchor...

....anyway who cares about that stupid anchor yaar...and her stupid act of using the results card to veeeshu...thats so fake..."YES RENJINI, WE CAN SEE THAT YOUR SOOOOOO UPSET THAT YOUR SOOOOOOOO BOILING HOT YOU HAVE TO FLAP YOUR RESULTS CARD TO YOUR FACE SO THAT YOUR MAKE-UP WILL NOT MELT"

Why they have this melodrama in the elimination? is this to drag the event to fill the time? Ranjini is probably told to pretend to be sad and emotional! Unfortunately we could see that through.
Any way Kalpana looked a bit bizarre! .

Shame on you Asianet for making the elimination episode a big drama. You are treating the elimination of singer as an end in itself for him or her. You are treating it as a big tragedy happening to them and trying to emotionally trap the viewers through the elimination episode. Asianet, there are millions of children dying on the streets out of hunger. You better attract the attention and sympathy of channel viewers to those who are in real need of sympathy and help. Atleast you will be doing something good to the society.

Idea star singer 2007 is very boring now because of poor selection. I am really very disappointed for eliminating amrutha on final stage. What a singer she is? Good singers are not treated well here. Amrutha, Hesham, vanijeyaram, nitin, Vijaymadhav, Roshan are better singers than singer like arungopan. Najim, Thusar, Durga are really good singers. They don't have good competitor in final stage. I am not going to watch this program.

Arungopan has been surviving from dangerous zone for past 5 stages only because of sms. Please don't treat these good singers badly....

its very true that everyone can express their views about a singer..n also each one would hav their own favourites in this show...that doesnt mean that u can just simply go on blaming one particular singer...wats worng abt arun's singing? he is tooo gud...its true that wen u consider classsical songs he is not as talnted as thushar n najeem..so wat?the reason is jt because he is not well experienced in it...wen given a chance, over the years he would be the best..dont u people hav anything to say abt how thushar n najeem perform dance numbers n sing hindi songs...pathetic...and the hindi diction..my God!cant bear...Arun in that way is very good...he is an allrounder..can handle hindi songs well,dance..there is a grace in his performance...Arun is equally talented as other singers in this round..no doubt...wat sort of commnents do the stupid judges gave yesterday? is that the way,a honourable judge say in a tv chanel which is aired across diff parts of the world??shameful..sharath.....how are u to say "uzhappan" a 1000 times to Arun...taking matters in a cool way doesnt mean that one person is uzhappan or watevr in ur language...it shows his attitude towards a situation...Arun is cool enough to take watevr result was coming his way...its all abt how a person reacts to a situation...kindly dont allow sharath to enter idea star signer 2008 (evn as a celebrityu judge)..chummathalla iyaal paniyillathe veetil irikunnathu...And abt the drama created by amrutha n her mother...is that how u people want one to show? seeking sympathy...beggining for sms..Hisham set a good example of a gentle man...accepted the result in the right sense...come on, this is not the end of career for any of these people./...stil lots to come their way... finally abt Kalpana's comments..too irritating...was liking her as a comedian...the way she said abt Durga lik "muringakka" ...too insulting..y does anyone hav to comment on appearence...All the best for the singers

Saying uzhappan is so harsh I agree... But at the same time why sharath said might be because of his inconsistency.... Really Arungopan is not being consistent with his performance. That might be the reason...

Roshan is best for his dance performance and Hindi songs and he is better all-rounder than aurn gopan. Why he was eliminated before semifinal stage?. What arungopan did better than roshan?. Nothing...

    You are right Shereen.
Judges have no right to comment on the attitude of the contestants. Arun might be a cool guy OR may be he doesn't practice as hard as he should. But, those are his priorities. Judges' duty is only to give the correct marks (on an absolute scale, without any prejudices). Even in academic examinations, some may be better prepared than others. The examiner doesn't have to write on top of the paper " Not prepared well". All he has to do is give marks according to his performance. In a reality show like this, it has been decided that the sms will count. And so Arun Gopan is in. There cannot be anything wrong in that. Those who cannot stand Arun Gopan in the finals should have taken their mobiles and sent more sms to their favourite contestants!!!!!!!!

I don't agree with this comment. Amrutha is of course a good singer. But she is very egoistic and most often doesn't accept the mistakes. Somehow the judges were supporting her and they never said anything against her whenever she made so many mistakes. The final stage was a flop to her. Just remember that the viewers reacted and she's now out.
