Right observation. Even the seemingly "nice" Usha didi is not sparing any effort to humiliate Thushar. Her comments about Thushar's Thillana round being a disaster was totally misplaced. First of all, Thushar did really well in that round, the judges were sleeping, perhaps that's why they could not realise the effect. Secondly, its very unbecoming for a judge to make such comments on the contestants. I think the judges are unhappy that the mature Thushar is not drooling over them the way other immature contestants do. Thushar has so far been very matter-of-factly in his stage presence and attitude. The same goes to Arun Gopan too. Keep it up, Thushar and Arun. Doesn't matter if the judges take away the prizes from you. You are definitely of a much higher calibre than the judges would have the audience to believe.
Usha Didi had an identity in the beginning which she has sacrificed and degraded to the level of Charath and Chi..kuttan.

I appreciate Usha Dheedhi's thillana knowledge to say that Thushar's round was a disaster. While commenting on Arun's thillana, she tells that she was judging it as a listner. Deedhi, if you are only at the level of a listener, why can't you send an sms in support of Arun in stead of giving him marks as a judge?
